School Facility Conditions and Planned Improvements

Unity Middle College has completed a large tenant improvement project bringing the buidling up to 2018 E-occupancy. Below are further examples of more specific information of acceptable summary statements on the condition of the school and the efforts made to ensure that students are provided with a clean, safe, and functional learning environment.



Age of School Buildings
This school currently has 8 classrooms a middle room to serve lunch, and administrative offices.
Maintenance and Repair - Unity maintenance staff ensures that the repairs necessary to keep the school in good repair and working order are completed in a timely manner. A work order process is used to ensure efficient service and that emergency repairs are given the highest priority.



Cleaning Process and Schedule


The campus is cleaned by an outside service multiple times per week to ensure the campus remains safe, clean and free from clutter.
